Remove q ingendocs #109

I found out that the last Q.all and then in gen-docs in unnecessary and in fact never gets fulfilled.
This in turn causes the report to never print out and more importantly grunt async is never called and no grunt tasks will run after docular.

Thanks - I've got a couple priorities on my plate that I have to finish up, but I'll have this merged in soon.
