Stashes in the same cell as the player are not updated when the game is loaded #2

This is likely because the CellTracker isn't firing its event. This is the correct behavior for it since the player hasn't changed cells, but it we need to run the cell scan when the game is loaded.

This actually should be working and hasn't failed in testing yet. Closing it for now.
