[Feature Request] Implement a Tools Menu like Agama #45

First of all, thank you very much for this lovely wallet. I'd like to request to add the Tools menu with some useful tools like we used in Agama wallet. Agama is fully deprecated now and users could use this awesome tools like Offline Transaction Signing, WIF <> WIF conversion, etc.... There are many users who likes these tools and uses them and makes end user's life easier.

Here is a screenshot of how the Tools menu in Agama had: Agama-Tools-Menu

Having all these tools added to Verus Desktop, we don't need to look back at Agama anymore and it will add more value to the current Verus Desktop app.

It would give the entire Komodo ecosystem the tools they need and have grown used to with Agama.
