Issues saving ROIs #23

Hi there, I tried drawing multiple ROIs on the same recording which has issues with autosegmentation and when I extract the signal it only extracts 3 ROIs (out of118). I attached a snapshot of the issue. Thanks!

Hi,

Have you run the signal extraction in Nansen? Does your recording have multiple channels? Do you have rois in more than one channel?
