Description

Aim: Abstract CLI installation logic as a consequence of working in #57 .

Changes:

Adds ScriptEntry
Adds Executable
Adds installer.dart barrel file
Unifies logic related to creating paths and configuration files
Used long strings ''' over '' with line break
