Description

From the output of #108. We need to update the Java version and Kotlin version being used for Very Good Flame Game.

Requirements

[ ] The version of Java used for Very Good Flame Game is updated to be version 11 or higher. (We have seen Java 17 be the typical upgrade path)
[ ] The version of Kotlin used for Very Good Flame Game is updated to be 1.7.10
