Adding Sign-in and Sign-up options under each Login and Register page

Feature description: I would like to add a "Sign-in" option on the Register page and a "Sign-up" option on the Login page. This will help users easily navigate between these pages if they realize they already have an account or need to create one.

Use case: This feature will improve user experience by providing a clear path for users who may have landed on the wrong page. For example, if a user is on the Register page but realizes they already have an account, they can quickly switch to the Login page, and vice versa. This will streamline navigation and reduce user confusion.

Proposed solution: Add a visible "Sign-in" link on the Register page and a "Sign-up" link on the Login page. These options should be placed under the corresponding forms, clearly labeled, and styled to match the website’s theme.
