Coordinates displayed when clicking on a map #5

Verify that the coordinates displayed when the spectral map is clicked correspond to the ones on the QCustomPlot itself.

Add a cross-hairs to the map so that the user knows where the active spectrum is.

Should be fixed before the 1.0.0 beta.

We have decided to use arrow-keys to move crosshairs around. This was implemented in #31
