TODO smal buildsystem enhancements

Some modifications in buildsystem required to be done before release:

  1 Add ability to specify version as minor, major, patch and tip parts.
And add creation of symlinks during library installation on posix systems
  2 Add special install function to install cmake config and qmake feature
files.
  3 Qt feature installer should optionaly be able to install feature file
into QTDIR so qremotesignal feature will be usable without additional
system configuration.
