[possible Bug] topic not working

There is a weird behaviour when subscribing to a specific topic.

If i subscribe to

energy/emergencyPower/staggering/EG_Kueche_Kuehlschrank_0/STATE

no messages are received.

If i subscribe to

energy/emergencyPower/staggering/+/STATE

all messages are received.

The topic is correct and tested with other tools.
