Buttons not full width in accordion panels #313

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Mentor or Syllabus pages and open any accordion panel.
  2. Button is not full width.
  3. I suspect a global CSS change is the root cause of this issue.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. The button should be full width on accordion panels Current image image Expected image
