Our forms are hard to update. They require code changes and are only integrated to Slack.
Describe the solution you'd like We'd like easier to update forms with a type of queryable backend.
Describe alternatives you've considered We thought of using the platform backend, but codifying these forms at this early stage of scale is too much.
Additional context We use Monday.com for our forms.
