Convert icons to monochromatic styles.

Before this PR is ready, I would like to get icons into the CDN to replace the relative paths and delete the icons within the public/images dir.

Description

Replaces sponsor icons and adjusts styling to ensure all icons are close in size.

Motivation and Context

• Motivation was to assist the product team with adjusting icon styling to match the new UI design.

How Has This Been Tested?

• Tested in safari, chrome, edge to ensure icon sizing was consistent across browsers and various screen sizes.
