Add 'Shop' to Navigation Bar #537

The Issue We currently have a HashFlag.Shop but we don't have any mention of it on the VWC website

Solution 1) Create a Nav Bar item 'Shop' before or after 'Contact Us' 2) Link the Shop to https://hashflag.shop/ 3) When clicked, the page should open in a new tab/window
