Resolves #532 - Updated latitude and longitude to reflect VWC HQ location #544

Updated the coordinates so that the marker lands on top of the Marietta text in the map. I did this so that when the user opens the Contact Us page it provides explicit information about the location of VWC. If I were to use the actual address that is listed on the contact page there would be no visual indication of the general area.
