Add log out - Githubissues

This pull request includes changes to improve the website's branding, modify the layout of some components, and clean up the codebase. The most important changes include updating the website's name in the manifest file, adding semicolons at the end of import statements in the utils.ts file, removing the CommentForm component, adding links in the LoginForm component, and updating the website's SEO details.

Branding and layout modifications:

public/manifest.json: Updated the website's name and short name to "Vets Who Code".
src/components/forms/login-form.tsx: Added links for "Forgot Password?" and "Register New Account" in the LoginForm component.
src/components/seo/deafult-seo.tsx: Updated the SEO details of the website, including the canonical URL and the Open Graph images. [1] [2] [3]
src/components/welcome-message/index.tsx: Added a new WelcomeMessage component that displays a welcome message to the users.

Codebase cleanup:

src/assets/lib/utils.ts: Added semicolons at the end of import statements for consistency.
src/components/forms/comment-form.tsx: Removed the CommentForm component.
src/containers/course-details/index.tsx, src/containers/course-details/curriculam-panel.tsx, src/containers/course-details/instructor-panel.tsx, src/components/widgets/course-info/index.tsx: Removed these files, possibly because their functionality is now handled elsewhere. [1] [2] [3] [4]
