Adding the GPLv2 license #16

The docker-entrypoint.sh script is from mariadb/mariadb-docker repo.

The forked repo, mariadb-corporation/mariadb-columnstore-docker did not have a license.

Once the container-init branch is merged, there will be no more code from mariadb-corporation/mariadb-columnstore-docker.
