Use DHCP #10

Currently, an IP is assigned explicitly to the new machine(s).

Let's add an option to specify an IP manually. The default can be the same that we already use.
But by default, let's use DHCP instead.
It works with VirtualBox. Let's check if libvirt supports it too. If not, let's make this change only for VirtualBox.
