Computronics Ticket Machine not showing up #331

I installed immersive railroading and I can't find any of the extra blocks. I checked the config and none of the blocks for IR were even displayed in the "enabled" config table. And, I cant even find anything about the ticket machine on the official website or the wiki, and on this site. It doesn't give me much info on the machine at all. What I wonder is why are none of these blocks even in the config and why is it not loading into the game?

The ticket machine only works with Railcraft, and not any other mod.

Is it possible to turn it on without installing railcraft?
