Missing texture across face

Describe the Issue Missing texture all over any in-game camera? Not in the escape menu though

Steps To Reproduce (gamemode/loadout etc) Steps to reproduce the behavior: I just did a fresh install 🤷🏻‍♀️

nevermind, I reinstalled forceably and it worked now?
