b2EdgeShape::RayCast normal #318

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add b2EdgeShape to RayCast test.
2. Run RayCast test.
3. Add edge shapes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The ray cast normals should be perpendicular to edge shape.  Instead, the ray 
cast normals are often not perpendicular.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version as of this writing (r262).  Windows 7 64 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
