United States issues #2

This will be a great little addition to ACF, but for the moment, there is something going very wrong with the US selection.

I think there might be just way too much data for the one little selection. The City list goes from A-Z multiple times and takes quite a while to load. Trying to open the install-data php file just crashed my IDE, too.

I didn't get notified of this, so apologies for responding 6+ months later. You are correct, another version of this plugin will be out shortly and issues like this will be addressed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
