I have been unable to get this plugin working properly in Wordpress 5.3.1 with the newest version of ACF.
It installed okay, had some issues with the data doubling in the database, but was able to rerun the dump and table build commands and get it set fresh.
Once loaded though, it displays the Country, then City, then State. When first loaded, the Country populates with State and City having no values. This is expected.
However when I select a Country, no matter the country, The City selector seems to update but still has no cities listed, and the State selector lists every state.
Select a state, and still no cities are shown.
