Make mention of the Enhance API during the bootstrapping phase #15

This is for my own reference, but I realised I completely forgot about the Enhance API for enhancing Aurelia elements thrown back from a server upon first load. Also make a note of anything being enhanced needing to be globalised prior or it won't be picked up by the parser.
