Was reading your bundling blog article and it's a great overview of bundling. I've also found it confusing how to switch between bundling and unbundling. I really like what Matthew Davis shared in his blog http://davismj.me/blog/aurelia-bundling/ about adding the unbundle task to the gulp serve task so a gulp watch automatically unbundles. Hopefully you can merge these ideas together in your bundling chapter.
