Rewrite chapter three, fix structure issues with it #96

Chapter three is currently a mess. It is confusing, explains Aurelia concepts in a strange way and does not have enough examples. Based on reader feedback, it does not explain Aurelia concepts enough to setup for the rest of the book. This is part of a new strategy to make the book make more sense and be newcomer friendly.
