rclone error : The download quota for this file has been exceeded #7

hi.

when i try to download SVLighting.zip using rclone,

the error below pops up.

<3>ERROR : SVLighting.zip: Failed to copy: multipart copy: failed to open source: open file failed: googleapi: Error 403: The download quota for this file has been exceeded., downloadQuotaExceeded

This is probably because the download quota has been exceeded. It tells me to try again in 24 hours, but even if I try to download for several days, I get the same error message. can i solve this problem?

Even if I try to download directly from google drive without using rclone, I get a similar error.

After starting the download, I noticed that if I waited for a day or so, the download would start.
