Reorganize the main menu #55

please change buttons in the main menu to the new ones as you can see in the options menu.

the positioning should be also like this...

@RalfKessler Workaround for now, since we still need a way to open the editor. Close this issue, if you've tested the new interface and are okay with it.

@ViMaSter i will test it on monday. after i´ve saved the beards pool we could simply change the buttons (eg. remove the editor button)?
