Add GraphGL as a Layer Type #222

Graph data is an important and growing data type.

Currently - we can load graphs as 1D networks in MDAL - but these have no visible meaning in MDAL.

Also - GraphGL is an important interface for Graph Data.

PROPOSAL : Add Graph as a Layer type - accessed through MDAL and GraphGL
