Magneto 2.4.7 PHP 8.2

Viabill module is not compatible with magento 2.4.7 and php 8.2

• Root composer.json requires magento/product-community-edition 2.4.7 -> satisfiable by magento/product-community-edition[2.4.7].
  • Root composer.json requires viabillhq/module-payment * -> satisfiable by viabillhq/module-payment[3.0.0, 4.0.0, ..., 4.0.35].
  • viabillhq/module-payment[4.0.10, ..., 4.0.18] require psr/log ~1.0 -> satisfiable by psr/log[1.0.0, ..., 1.1.4].
  • You can only install one version of a package, so only one of these can be installed: psr/log[1.0.0, 1.1.4, 2.0.0, 3.0.0].
  • magento/product-community-edition 2.4.7 requires psr/log ^2 || ^3 -> satisfiable by psr/log[2.0.0, 3.0.0].
  • Conclusion: don't install psr/log 3.0.0 (conflict analysis result)
