Figure out whats going on with the order-pay page timer. #11

Describe the bug Some time the timer on the order-pay page is wonky

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Order a product.
  2. Sometime the order timer shows NA:NA:NA and a wonky time remaining.

Expected behavior A clear and concise timing mechinizme. how much time is left? what happens if time runs out.
