Viafabricplus, Fabric API, a few others

Bug Description

23w13a_or_b is not a supported version to join with viafabric

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a server in 23w13a_or_b
  2. Try to join

Or:

  1. Look in version selector list
  2. It's not there

Expected Behavior

Viafabricplus should support 23w13a_or_b
