Bug Description

When playing on 1.20.1 or older on a 1.21[.1] paper server, using AnimalHeadCarry plugin causes the animal to wrong position instead of properly sitting on player's head.

Steps to Reproduce

Install AnimalHeadCarry 1.2 to the server, Get both ViaBackwards and ViaVersion, Make a new paper 1.21[.1] server with no config changes applied, Join the server with vanilla 1.20.1 client or older and try to put animal on the head. Animal will be in wrong position

Expected Behavior

Animal sitting right on the player's head
