Incompatibility with Continuity mod, game crashes #519

General Information

https://mclo.gs/my8ScFA latest log, but cant find ViaVersion dump (im only using ViaFabricPlus)

Bug Description

minecraft version 1.21, some mods, ViaFabricPlus version 3.4.4 and Continuity 3.0.0-beta.5+mc1.21. Issue: When trying to join server "rapy.pl" which is 1.20.4 game crashes. (Without Continuity works fine)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch minecraft 1.21 with mods ViaFabricPlus and Continuity (Indium required, and enabled built-in resourcepacks)
  2. Set ViaFabricPlus version to 1.20.4
  3. Try to join server rapy.pl
  4. Can't even enter lobby, game instantly crashes

Expected Behavior

game shouldn't crash and I should get into lobby

Are you able to reproduce the issue with ViaFabric?

how do i use ViaFabric to join server on older version?

i discovered that game crashes only when i enable built-in Countinuity resourspack for connected textures and ofc with ViaFabricPlus

I don't think this is ViaFabricPlus related, try moving the mod (the stacktrace in the log doesn't say anything about ViaFabricPlus)
