Scoreboard 16 charachter limit on 1.8.9

Hello,

If you install all ViaVersions + legacy plugins and you join with the 1.8.9 client it cut the scoreboard after 16 chars. Normally are 32 chars possible. (prefix+suffix). Is there a way to fix it?

How can we reproduce it? Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login on 1.8.9'
2. See the result on the right side

See the ViaBackwards config, otherwise it's up to the scoreboard plugin itself to help Via out.

I tried it with many scoreboard plugins. Mainly Featherboard. It always cut the scoreboard after 16 chars. With ProtocolSupport it doesnt cut the scoreboard.

I tried the config option "add-teamcolor-to-prefix:" with true and false. No change.
