ViaRewind strange incompatibility with AntiCooldown

Describe the bug, provide any errors A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Can you https://paste.gg/ the error?

How can we reproduce it? Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a 1.17.1 server with ViaVersion, ViaBackwards, ViaRewind (also using ViaPotions) Citizens2 (build from jenkins) and AntiCooldown plugin
2. Create an NPC with an executable command (for example /warp SkyWars)
3. See that you rightclick the NPC and does nothing (no console errors)

Expected behaviour As with ProtocolSupport, that you rightclick the NPC and it does execute the command the NPC has.
