For older client that do not have Chain/Repeat/Conditional/Always active command blocks
If I right click the command block, and for example the command is say test, repeat, unconditional, always active, I can see the following command in the client
REPEAT UNCONDITIONAL ALWAYSACTIVE say test
it may be much better to edit the command block in older clients
