Being in a loaded chunk with entity riding another will disconnect a 1.8.X client on a 1.21.3

Be in a loaded area of a entity riding another
get kicked

Expected Behavior

Login
Not get disconnected

The other plugins I have are: AdvancedBackups, Chunky, SkinsRestorer, ViaBackwards, ViaRewind, ViaVersion
