Currently the media query mixin is very limited in what it can do.

The following requirements need to be met for the next iteration of the media query mixin"

Pass multiple breakpoints. E.g. from this min-width to this max-width
Pass multiple arguments. E.g. cases for retina devices, orientation. No limit should be set on this.
