Proper documentation, linksto using Online Reference in Blender itself #24

Need nice docs + use the online documentation reference that blender allows you to set, so users can read documentation for operators.

I assume ReadTheDocs is a good solution for this, but I'll look into it more. As much as I love writing docs, I don't have much time for it.
