Localnet always in IP1 #2

Closes #1 . Enables user to set subnet whose IP addresses shall always be reported as IP1.

Features:

  1. Automatically use subnet attached to interface for live captures
  2. Accept subnet from command line (this should overrule the subnet from the capture)
  3. Applies on all current and future output formats
