Options for Strata level #35

Hey man, first thanks for maintaining this in your time. I am using the bar at the top, with no transparency. I want to place one of my Elvui action bars above it, to only show when i hover the bar; for tools, mounts etc. Unfortunately the xiv databar is above the actionbar. There aren't any strata settings for actionbars, at least in elvui that is - I only have minor understanding of this.. I checked the core.lua if i could edit the strata levle in there but I dont find any option at all in there. Obviously also not in the ingame options. I'd be happy if you could help me and tell what to add where in the core.lua to do it myself? In the long run a strata option in the ingame menue would be amazing - if possible that is.

Currently not doing anything on the addon. Read the README.md. No idea why the addon wouldn't be strata level background but it's just another dumb thing on a big mountain of dumb. Will look at this eventually. No ETA.
