challenge_required error #4

Hello,

thanks for mantaining this gem. It looks like that it's not working anymore to me, as it returns RuntimeError (challenge_required) when I attempt to IgApi::Account#login.

not yet, its need manual confirmation ie: two-factor authentication?

this could happen if you login through your remote server which is different location from you
