What are the great things that your team is doing?
Are there anything in the team that wish could be changed?
Do you have ideas that could improve the current situation of your team?
As a leader, do the members of the team know the issues you face? – Human relationships, Team cohesiveness etc.
-They don't, they don't know that I have work the next day, but stayed up until 3am. Teammate slept earlier than the leader (Hopeless...).
