[Feature request] rate control and/or pulse operations #5

It seems the current operation spams "clicks" once per tick. Sometimes this is too fast. If there was a redstone pulse mode then the user could make/use a clock with the right timing. Alternatively, or in addition, a rate control selector could be added to the GUI.

I like the idea of a redstone pulse mode, I'll look into implementing it
