Adds Manifest and Project.toml to the project folder. Solves #3.

@Victor-Garcia-p this pull request should not generate any conflicts, since it only adds two new files, so you can safely merge it to the main branch.

After you do it, run git pull in the main branch in your computer, to get the two files.
