Add a message to notify the existence of tray icon feature #107

Something I've noticed for a lot of people running it for a first time is they don't know about the system tray icon and understandably expects it to fully close when they close the window. What this does is make a message pop up the first time they close the app if they have tray icons enabled to make sure they actually know this is a feature

Yes, that's a good addition! I was thinking about turning this option off by default. I don't think many people need to have the BL running in the background by default. What do you think about that?

Yeah i mean the main use of the tray icon is quick access to the selected quick launch build, and I have an idea for that in another branch
