"No releases were scraped from the site!", nothing in Stable tab #131

Describe the bug Just downloaded the newest version of Launcher (upgrading from 1.5.1) and I can't see anything in the Stable tab, just an error saying "No releases were scraped from the site!" After looking through issues on here, this seems to be a reoccurrence of an older problem that was previously marked as solved #27 #79 #89

Stable builds are currently not downloadable through the Blender Launcher; the Blender Foundation is blocking the web requests... I'm currently discussing with them to solve the issue.

In the meantime, you can download blender versions here. Download the .zip version and place it in your stable library folder; it will be recognized by the Blender Launcher like the other builds. For me info check the documentation for manual build installation

Placing the .zip version in the stable folder was not working, so I placed it in the custom folder to use 4.2.1LTS and 3.6.15LTS.
