Internationalization and unify the UI content #138

[x] provide a framework to avoid use any text directly to display on the UI
[x] Provide English and Chinese UI language set
[x] Provide a setting option for user to switch between different languages
[x] TimeDate display also need to be internationalization
[x] Setup the login page and UI language based on system language
