Add another pronunciation guide table for the vowels #2

Vowels are even more varied in their pronunciation than consonants, and there is a lot of overlap between the sounds they can represent. For example, is the 'e' in the "re" symbol like the "eh" in "ten", or the "ay" at the end of "tamale"?

Extending the pronunciation guide to cover the vowels, too - preferably including IPA symbols and links - is the only way to resolve this problem while maintaining the simplicity of your encodings.

I agree, it should include vowels too!
